Sparkit's ops team was tracking factory orders by hand. I architected the company's core operations platform from scratch, growing it from an order tracker into a 5-module control tower covering orders, production, logistics, receipts, and creators, boosting factory throughput by 60%. On the consumer side, I shipped the React Native app from zero to production in under 2 months and architected an AI Design Studio on streaming LLM agents that 500+ creators use to design products in minutes instead of hours.

I joined as the sole frontend engineer and stayed three years, defining the architecture as the product grew from a single 3D editor into a full ecosystem. SSR and dynamic page caching on AWS EKS took organic traffic from 0 to 30K+ weekly visitors. A micro-frontend split turned 1 monolith into 4+ independently deployable modules, and a plugin architecture I proposed now powers Figma and Webflow integrations for 23K+ users. Leading a team of 3, I also drove the Vite migration: page loads went from 10s to under 2s.

Every build starts with who's blocked

Sparkit's ops team was tracking factory orders by hand. The control tower I built replaced their spreadsheets with the way they actually work — throughput rose 60% because the tool fit the team, not the other way around.

Architecture serves the runway

ChargeSmart had two non-technical founders and zero funding. Serverless wasn't a trend choice: cutting the AWS bill 70% is what let the product reach £10K MRR profitably. Every stack decision traces back to what the business can afford to run.

Ship before the user feels the pain

Pipeline failures were reaching ChargeSmart's customers before anyone noticed. I built the observability platform in two weekends — 90% of the code AI-written under my architecture and review — and detection went from hours to minutes.
